FUTURE SPARK - SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome, Spark Chaser! We're thrilled you've chosen Future Spark. We aim to get your unique, color-shifting jewelry to you safely and swiftly, ready to illuminate your world. Here’s how we handle shipping:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All Future Spark orders are lovingly prepared and packed with a touch of futuristic delight!
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.
  • During peak seasons (like holidays or major sales events) or for made-to-order/custom pieces, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always strive to keep you updated if significant delays are expected.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

    • Economy Shipping: Estimated 5-8 business days via USPS First Class/Ground Advantage.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground.
    • Special Offer: We're delighted to offer FREE standard domestic shipping on all orders over $49.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package, your location, and your chosen shipping method.
  • Remember our special offer for domestic shipping! 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order takes flight from our studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep via the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We want your sparks to find you!
  • Future Spark is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
  • P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses: At this time, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We pack every order with immense care, using our signature futuristic packaging to protect your treasures.
  • Damaged Items: In the rare event your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@futuresparkjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to find a solution.
  • Lost Packages: If your package seems to be lost in transit (e.g., tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long period beyond the estimated delivery window), please first check with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If the issue persists, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist in the investigation.
  • Note: Future Spark is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided.

7. Our Signature Packaging

  • As part of the Future Spark experience, your jewelry will arrive in our specially designed, often recyclable, futuristic packaging, complete with a surprise touch to spark delight!

8. Holiday Shipping & Peak Seasons

  • During busy periods like holidays (e.g., November-December) or major sales events, please anticipate potential extra processing and shipping time due to higher volumes and carrier delays.
  • We will post recommended "order-by" dates on our website and social media to help ensure timely delivery for special occasions.

9. Policy Updates

  • Future Spark reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version of the Shipping Policy in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
